Estimates

We can provide a repair estimate for a fee. This fee includes inspecting, diagnosing, and providing cost for repair by the technician and service manager. This fee does not include reassembly if the unit is disassembled during inspection and the repair is declined. If the repair estimate is approved, the estimate fee is waived and the deposit will be applied towards the repair balance.

Returns

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange.

  • Power Equipment Special ordered equipment is non-returnable. All in-stock power equipment sales are final except the following:We will accept a return within 7 days from the date of purchase if the power equipment is not used and returned unopened in the original box. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on the return. A receipt is required for returns. To avoid the restocking fee, you may get store credit for the full amount.
  • Parts A receipt is required for returns or exchanges. No returns will be accepted after 7 days from date of purchase.NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS, BATTERIES, CARBURETOR KITS, SPECIAL ORDERS, FUEL-RELATED, OR USED ITEMS.


Special Order Equipment and Parts

  • Special orders are pre-paid and non-returnable.


Warranty Service

  • Equipment purchased from another retailer We can perform warranty service regardless of where you bought the equipment from. It’s important you bring your receipt or make sure you have registered with the equipment manufacturer.
  • Equipment purchased from us If you bought the equipment from us, you do not need to bring a receipt for warranty service. Our team will assess the situation and verify with the manufacturer if the issue is covered under warranty. Lawn Power Pros does not make any decisions on whether an issue is covered under warranty or not. Equipment manufacturers have final say on what is covered.


Storage Fee

Due to limited shop space, we ask our valued customers to promptly pick up their equipment. Equipment not picked up within 7 days of notification will be charged storage fees, minimum of $5 per day. Riding mowers and walk-behind mowers (larger than 22” deck) will be charged $10 per day.

Equipment not picked up after 30 days will be forfeited and ownership is transferred to Lawn Power Pros. We reserve the right to sell the equipment to recover our costs.

Returned checks will be charged $39.
